Cardenas in the Rain
This photo was taken during a passing tropical rainstorm in Havana, on Cardenas street, in September 2024. The piece is part of a series, entitled Captured Landscapes, Cuba - New York, a multimedia collaboration between a Cuban jazz pianist and composer, Elio Villafranca, and myself. An art-documentary photography project, Captured Landscapes does not shy away from the realities of contemporary Havana life but its goal is not to shock - it is to humanize and to participate. Perfect for collectors or for anyone interested in exploring a variety of cultures in a truthful and artistic way.
Options for canvas or deep matte giclee print on fine art paper. Frame option with canvas print, paper print comes with no frame. Archival canvas is stretched over a 1.5 inch wooden structure, with back panel for added elegance and stability.
Limited edition, only 20 of each for sale.
