I am a Hungarian photographer and visual artist based on Long Island, New York. My work is shaped by a deeply personal journey across cultures, identities, and stages of life. I lived in Hungary, Israel, the Netherlands and the United States. I speak five languages and I worked on independent photography projects in Haiti and Cuba.

Before moving to the United States in 2000 earned a Law Degree in Hungary. My early years in America were devoted primarily to family life, spending fifteen meaningful years as a stay-at-home mother. This experience has had a lifelong impact on how I create and what I consider to be important in life. Motherhood helped me develop a strong awareness of emotional and visual layers that influence my artistic practice today.

Driven by a passion for culture, history, and human experience, I earned a Master’s degree in Africana Studies in 2017. The interdisciplinary nature of this professional field continues to inform my photographic work, exploring themes of identity,  memory, transformation, and the subtle emotional connections between the past and the present. My images have been recognized for their sensitivity and atmospheric depth, balancing documentary observation with a poetic and introspective visual language.

In 2019 I stepped into professional photography, fully dedicating myself to developing my artistic voice. My work has been exhibited in Barcelona, Vermont, and  Long Island, New York. I have also received multiple international photography awards, gaining recognition for my distinctive approach and emotionally resonant imagery.

Art brings us closer

Since I stepped into photography professionally, I been using images as the medium to authentic, cross-cultural storytelling that centers our shared human stories.

I believe that art is a universal language which allows us to express our inner struggles, joys and deepest thoughts to reflect on aspects of the human condition across time and space.
